15-metre synthetic winch rope
Art.no 40-8674
Mounting
1. Remove the battery leads.
2. Remove the old rope and brush the winch drum clean.
3. Remove the old fairlead and mount the new
fairlead into place.
5. Thread the rope through the fairlead and
around the winch drum as shown in the
diagram. Push the taped end of the rope
through the winch drum.
7. Thread the entire rope through and lay the
free end of the rope across the drum.

4. Tightly wrap the free end of the rope with tape.
6. If needed, use a slender tool to help thread
the rope through the winch drum.
8. Wind the rope onto the drum so that
the free end of the rope is locked into place.
9. Mount the hook onto the rope and
reconnect the battery leads.
