Known error; If you change the start and end angles, the result will be as shown below.
For alarms, the CPA (nearest point) and TCPA (Alarm time before the target reaches the nearest point) activate the ARPA alarm.
For an alarm to be activated, targets must be able to reach within the CPA, then TCPA will activate the alarm before the CPA point
with the number of minutes.
