Trouble shooting
Doesn't display anything.
Temperature/humidity from
outdoor sensor not displayed.
Displayed temperature is incorrect.
No weather forecast information on
display
² Check if the AC/DC power adaptor
connect with unit properly.
² Check that the distance between the
thermometer and sensor doesn
exceed 30m.
² Make sure that the devices are located
at least 2m from monitors and TV sets.
² Avoid placing the devices on or close
to window frames made of metal.
² Avoid using electronic devices such as
loudspeakers which operate at the
same frequency (433.92MHz), close to
the devices.
² Please double check if the wireless
transmitter was set up in different
channels each other
² Remove the batteries, wait a while
and then reinsert them.
² Remove the batteries, wait a while and
then re-insert them.
² Make sure that the devices are not
affected by heat sources or air-
conditioning units and such.
² Please try to select and fresh weather
station device connection from Tuya
app.
² Please try to repair device with Tuya
app.
