Before first use
Wash with washing-up liquid and rinse with water
before using the first time.
Cleaning
Always wash the product by hand after use.
Do not use steel wool or anything that may
scratch the coating. Dishwasher detergent and
waste powder that solidifies cooking oil can
affect the surface.
The base is slightly concave when cold, but
expands to flatten out when heated. Always
leave the cookware to cool before cleaning it.
This allows the base to resume its shape and
helps to prevent it from becoming uneven with
use.
Good to know
The grill pan is suitable for use on gas hob,
glass ceramic hob and cast iron hob.
Use the pan on a hob of the same or a smaller
diameter to save energy.
Always lift the pan when moving it on a glass
ceramic hob to avoid scratching the hob.
The pan is provided with Teflon® Classic non-
stick coating, which means you can cook food in
little or no fat or oil at all.
Bear in mind that the handle can get damaged
when the pan is used on a gas hob.
The pan gets hot during use; always use pot
holders when moving it.
Do not let the pan boil dry as the base may
become skew by overheating and the coating
may lose its non-stick properties.
Only use wooden or plastic utensils without
sharp edges.
