Introduction

 Pyrography is using a hot metal tip to engrave on materials such as wood,
cork or leather. Do not use this unit on materials likely to melt such as
plastic or imitation leather.
 Lightly sand the surface and sketch the design on it with a pencil.
 After the tip has heated up, hold the burning iron like a pen. Now follow the
lines of your sketch and burn the design into the wood. Different burning
tips and temperatures are required for different intensities.

Before first Use

Unpack the wood burning station and check it for any damage in transit.
Dispose of packaging materials or store it out of reach of children. Plastic bags
etc. may become a deadly toy for children.
Changing the Burning Points and Stamps
The burning tips and stamps are screwed into the front End of the woodburn-
ing pen. Be careful not to burn yourself, use pliers or change hot points or
stamps.

Operation

 Place the woodburning pen on the included tool rest. The pen heats up as
soon as the power plug is plugged into a wall socket.
 To turn off the woodburning pen, pull out the power plug.

Cleaning and Storing

 Always pull the power plug before cleaning and allow the unit to cool down
completely!
 Use only a brush or a slightly moistened cloth for cleaning the unit. Allow
the unit to dry completely before the next use.
 Do not use abrasives or aggressive chemicals or similar cleaning agents.
 Store the unit indoors in a dry place that is protected from dust, dirt and
extreme temperatures.
 Store the unit out of reach of children.
