STEP 9 ROCKING FUNCTION Lift up the handle on left side to unlock the rocking function. Press down the handle to lock the rocking function. Turn the knob clockwise to increase the rocking spring strength. Turn the knob counter clockwise to decrease the rocking spring strength. -
