Direct Bosch camera integration via ATSL

Using the camera's Alarm Task Scripting Language (ATSL) you can create a direct integration
between a Bosch camera and an IP Horn loudspeaker or IP amplifier module. The VGPI of the
IP Horn loudspeaker/Amplifier module controls the action, often a message playback, starting
or stopping it using this scripting.
To trigger an action on the IP Horn loudspeaker or the IP amplifier module, the scripting can
leverage the Alarm output and/or the VCA task alarms of the camera.
