Remove Lid

Pull out the right ear on the lid to remove the
lid from the housingThe lid must be removed
in order to change the dampers and seat.

PCB

There are 3 wires from the seat that are connected to the PCB. Remove the clips from the green, black,
and yellow receptacles.
BB-2000
Housing
This is a guide for replacing the housing for the BB-2000. Follow along to the instructions
depending on which part you have that needs replacing instructions. Bio Bidet By Bemis is not
responsible for any damages that result from attempting this repair/replacement at home. If
you do not feel comfortable attempting this repair/replacement, please contact us to obtain an RMA
and return the bidet to our service center. *Be aware that replacing the seat involves wiring*

Before You Begin

Unplug the bidet
Turn off the water valve and drain the bidet
Disconnect the bidet from the water supply and toilet and place on
a flat, dry, and well-lit surface
Do not attempt to remove any other wires.

Open Housing

Remove the two screws located
on the back of the bidet.
Pop out the housing. Loosening several parts
around the housing will make it easier for it to come apart.
