14. EXTRA REQUIREMENTS
[A000027] On completing the installation, check if the door has a standard CE
rating plate, provide it if not. When you verify the drive operates correctly, sub-
mit the drive Installation & Operation Manual to the owner. Apply warning stick-
ers in a way they are stable, visible and close to the door or the control panel.
[A000137] Once the installation has been completed:
• [B000209] Verify proper adjustment of the product and its com-
pliance with EN 13241, EN 12453 and EN 12445. Do the
checks explained in Section. 13.6., 13.7.
• [C000457] Verify proper performance of all safety equipment
(overload switch, optical sensor strip, photocells, etc.). The door must
stop and reverse when the door leaf touches any object 80 [mm]
in diameter at the height of 50 [mm] when standing on the ground.
Caution! Danger.
• [C000458] Verify that the drive units stops opening the door
when the door leaf is loaded with 20 [kg] attached at the bottom
edge centre.
Caution! Danger.
• [C000459] Verify proper adjustment and performance of the
manual drive unlocking.
• [B000007] It is prohibited to keep using the door, if any faults
in its operation, or damage of its components are found. In this
case, immediately put the door out of operation, and contact the
authorized service centre.
[C000468] Check visually the gate and the whole system for maladjustment,
mechanical damage, tear and wear evidence, cables or drive parts damage.
[A000144] The Professional Installer must explain proper
operation of the product to its user, including the emer-
gency procedures, and train the user in proper use.
[C000460] Once the installation has been completed, hand over the Installa-
tion and Operating Manual with the Door Logbook (if included with the prod-
uct) to the Owner.
[C000012] Before first door operation check its correct installation
according to Assembly and Operating Instruction. The door is in-
stalled properly when its leaf/ curtain moves smoothly and its operation is easy.
[B000094] If the above mentioned works are not per-
formed, there is a risk that the leaf may suddenly fall
down and hurt people, or cause damage to objects in
its vicinity.
15. DISMANTLING THE DRIVE
[D000153] Dismantling the drive is made in the reverse order of the installation.
First disconnect the drive from a power source, close and lock the door.
16. CONTROLLER INSTALLATION SEQUENCE
1. [D000266] Make sure that the operator with its equipment is mounted
correctly and that its activation is not dangerous for the environment.
2. Switch the main drive supply on.
3. Find out the top and the bottom positions of the limit switch.
4. An automatic full opening and closing cycle is activated to allow self-regu-
lation of the overload sensitivity.
Adjust barrier detection sensitivity if needed. The dynamic force of the
main closing edge may not exceed 400 [N] acc. to PN-EN 12453. Each
modification of the overload sensitivity requires the new positioning of the
gate limit switches, as described in p. 16.1/1.
5. The closing limit switch should be adjusted to ensure a free locking of the
carriage to the chain fitting,
6. Check the closing and opening limit switch settings.
7.
Check if the drive works correctly.
16.1. CONTROLLER PROGRAMMING
[D000267] Drive programming is executed with "SET", "CODE", "UP", and
"DOWN" buttons found on the drive and the digital display. Programming must
be done with the door closed.
1. Opening/ closing self-learning.
Press and hold „SET" until „1" is displayed. Then set the top limit position of
the door by pressing and holding „UP". Press „SET" and then „2" will be dis-
played automatically. Set any limit position of the door by pressing and holding
„DOWN". With „UP" and „DOWN" set the final bottom position and confirm
with „SET" (operation parameters will be selected automatically). From now on,
the drive will work automatically in a cycle with defined opening and closing
limit positions, it will remember the overload rate as well.

when the door is closed by hand (fig.8).
2. The transmitter (remote control) programming.
Press and hold „CODE" until a dot is displayed (fig.A). Then press any button
on the transmitter (remote control) and the dot will disappear. Press the button
again, the dot will pulse quickly (fig.B) and then disappear. The transmitter is
programmed now.
3. Clearing the transmitters memory.
Press and hold „CODE" for over 8 [s] until „C" is displayed. All codes will be
deleted.
4. Overload sensitivity adjustment
Press and hold "SET" until "3" is displayed. This mode is used for setting sensitivi-
ty. Use "UP" and "DOWN" to change the sensitivity setting. "1" is the maximum
sensitivity, while "3" is the minimum sensitivity. Press "SET" to confirm. Adjust
the door end positions in accordance with section 16.1/1 after each overload
sensitivity change.
[C000450] Each time the overload rate is adjusted (which ap-
plies to drive units with adjustable overload rate), verify that the
force limit meets the specifications of PN-EN 12453 Annex A.
