Definition
Sets the expiration and request and response options for Instant

1 (Conservative) - This level reduces Internet traffic with minimal
risk of returning "stale" data. Select this option if you are concerned
that the information a client receives is up-to-the-minute and your
users cannot risk receiving old information.
2 (Moderate) - This level extends entry expiration times and allows
cached responses to CGI and query results.
3 (Aggressive) - This level further extends expiration times to
further reduce Internet traffic.

Maximum number of Web entries to cache.
(default: 8500)
max_entries - the actual number of maximum entries.
Maximum number of bytes for an individual Web entry to cache.

Enables or disables the Web proxy's ability to ignore "no-cache"
