Create a Support account to access support resources for your VxRail. Link your Support account with VxRail Manager to
access resources without a separate login.
If you already have an account, register your VxRail to access the available resources. You can link your Online Support account
with VxRail Manager and access support resources without having to log in separately.

After you register, you can:
● Obtain product license files and software updates.
● Download VxRail product documentation.
● Access or download the SolVe Desktop application for customized procedures to replace hardware components and upgrade
software components.
● Browse the VxRail community and support information.
● Link your support account for access to resources from within VxRail Manager.
Steps
1. Go to Dell Technologies
2. Click Sign In and select Create an account.
3. Enter your first name, last name, email address, and preferred password.
4. Click Create an Account.
It may take approximately 48 hours to receive a confirmation of account creation.
