INTRODUCTION The purpose of this manual is to assist you in maintaining and operating your Mower. Read it carefully, it furnishes information and instructions that will help you achieve years of dependable performance. Some information may be general in nature due to unknown and varying conditions. However, through experience and these instructions, you should be able to develop operating procedures suitable to your particular situation.

CUTTING HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT The deck is to be operated with the wheels on the ground. The cutting height is set by turning the cutting height control dial, and the height of the wheel should also be adjusted according to this setting height.
BLADE REPLACEMENT For proper mower operation, frequently check the lawn mower blades: make sure that they are sharp and perfectly anchored by means of the bolts. Follow the procedure below to replace the blades. NOTE Before replacing the blades, check the blades need to Sharpening. Sharpening all blades every 15~20 hours.
BELT REPLACEMENT The mower deck belt should be replaced every 200 hours of mower operation, or anytime the belt shows signs of wear, cracking, or other demage. IMPORTANT : The mower MUST be removed from the tractor for belt replacement. See "Mower Deck Removal" section for proper precedure.
MOWING PROBLEMS STREAKING Streaking is when thin strips of uncut grass are left behind the mower. Streaking is usually caused by operator error or poor blade maintenance. CAUSE SOLUTION Blades are not sharp. Sharpen your blades. Blades are worn down too far. Replace your blades.

MOWING PROBLEMS UNEVEN CUTTING Uneven cutting is waviness or smooth troughs in the law surface. Uneven cutting is usually caused by mower deck damage or mis-adjustment. CAUSE SOLUTION Deck is not leveled correctly. Level the deck correctly. Blades are dull or worn. Sharpen or replace the blades.

MOWING PROBLEMS STEPPED CUTTING Stepped cutting is sharp ridges or uneven levels left in the lawn surface. Stepped cutting is usually caused by mower deck damage or misadjustment, or damage to mower blades. CAUSE SOLUTION Deck is not leveled correctly. Level the deck correctly.

TORQUE TIGHTENING CHART MINIMUM HARDWARE TIGHTENING TORQUES IN FOOT POUNDS (NEWTON-METERS) FOR NORMAL ASSEMBLY APPLICATIONS Always tighten hardware to these values unless a different torque value or tightening procedure is listed for a specific application. Fasteners must always be replaced with the same grade as specified in the manual parts list. Always use the proper tool for tightening hardware : SAE or SAE hardware and Metric for metric hardware.

LIFTING MECHANISM The lifting of mower is performed by the hydraulic system installed on the tractor. The mower should be kept lifting when traveling. When the position control lever is moved to "LIFT" position, the lift arm(5) is lifted up by the oil pressure of hydraulic system, and the pull link (4) is pulled rearward.
