1. INTRODUCTION

Compex UE202-B offers the most convenient and cost-effective means of
instantly connecting you to any IEEE 802.3 Ethernet or IEEE 802.3u Fast
Ethernet network. It is a thumb-sized USB to 10/100Mbps Ethernet adapter that
offers an "out-of-the box" network connection. With its "plug and play"
features, and a simple "point and click" software installation, you can have
network connectivity for the desktop, notebook and Laptop without the need to
open up the computer's casing or the usual hassle of hardware installation and
compatibility concerns.

!" Conforming to IEEE 802.3 & 802.3u Ethernet & Fast Ethernet
specifications, the UE202-B is compatible with most 10/100Mbps Ethernet
connection, thus providing fast and reliable data transfer over the network
through your computer's USB port.
!" The UE202-B has a USB Type-A connector on one side and a RJ-45
Ethernet connector on the other side. It allows the connection of 10BASE-T
or 100BASE-TX LAN using your computer's USB interface.
