Irrigation Timer

Safety
The product is intended for outdoor use only.
• The product should only be used with reinforced (braided) hoses.
Damaged or dry and brittle hoses should not be used.
• The product must not be immersed in water or other liquid.
• The product must not be covered in any way.
• All hoses and connections should be checked regularly.
• The first week the product is used it should be checked to ensure that
everything is working as it should.
• All connections, hoses, batteries and programmes should be checked
before the product is left unmonitored for a long time.
• Only good quality alkaline batteries should be used in the product.
Rechargeable batteries must not be used.
• The product must only be used the right way up. Never place
the product upside down.
• The product must only be repaired by a qualified service technician.
• The product contains parts that are sensitive to static electricity.
If the product operates abnormally, it may need to be reset by taking
out the batteries and putting them back in again.
• The product should not be used in ambient temperatures below 0 °C
or with water having a temperature above 38 °C (100 °F).
• The product must not be used with water pressure exceeding 6.9 bar
(100 psi).
• Take care not to pull or jerk the hoses connected to the product.
Care and maintenance
• Clean the product by wiping it with a damp cloth. Use only mild
cleaning agents, never solvents or corrosive chemicals.
• If the product is not to be used for a long time:
- Set the Irrigation Mode Selector to [ OFF ].
- Remove the batteries and store the product in a dry, frost-free location.
• Insert new batteries at the beginning of a new irrigation season.

- Every day: Irrigation takes place

- Every second day: Irrigation takes

3. Tap connector. Select the correct tap
connector by unscrewing the required
number of adapters. There are three
sizes: 1/2ʺ BSP, 3/4ʺ BSP and 1ʺ BSP.

7. "START TIME": Irrigation time, choose from:
Irrigation begins at 06:00 (6 am)

Assembly
Batteries
When the battery icon starts to flash, the water supply to the irrigation
hose is shut off and new batteries are required.
Important
• Switch off the water at the tap and disconnect the timer from the tap
before replacing the batteries.
• Changing the batteries will reset the timer settings.
1. Remove the two screws in the battery
cover on the back of the timer.
2. Remove the battery cover and insert
two 1.5 V AA/LR6 batteries. Refer to
the markings in the battery compartment to
ensure correct polarity.
3. Refit the battery cover, making sure that
the end of the ribbon is not caught between
the cover and the body of the timer. The ribbon
is there to help remove the batteries.
4. Refit the screws.
5. Use the [ + ] and [ − ] buttons to set the current time and also the irrigation
duration time while holding in the [ RUN TIME ] button.

Time
1. Hold in [ + ] and [ − ] simultaneously for about 3 seconds to toggle

between a 12-hour time display (AM/PM) or 24-hour time display.
2. Set the time by holding in either the [ + ] or the [ − ] button.

Irrigation duration (RUN TIME)

The RUN TIME is the length of time the timer releases water for irrigation.

Press [ RUN TIME ] to select one of the following irrigation durations:

1, 3, 5, 7, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 45, 60, 75, 90, 120, 150, 180 min.
