Place the fully assembled fryer on a stable, flat, heat resistant surface and away from flammable materials and surfaces that may be damaged by steam. - Page 8 5. Press the MODE pad again and the operation time will flash in the display. Using the adjustment (+/-) pads, set the cooking time to 5 minutes (5:00). 6. Press the START / PAUSE pad. The heating & fan indicators will illuminate, the operation time will start to count down and the fryer will start to operate.
