  • Page 11 CLEANING To maximize the efficiency of the fryer, clean regularly. 1. Switch off and unplug the fryer and allow it and the oil to cool completely. 2. Open the lid and the pull the lid upwards to remove (fig. 4 & 5) and lift out the frying basket.
