If your ISP account uses a PPP over Ethernet (PPPoE) login procedure, you are prompted to

enter your account's Login Name and Password in the PPPoE window:

Enter the user name and password provided by your ISP for your Internet account. These
entries are case sensitive. This password is for logging into your ISP account. It is not the same
as the password you use to access your Netgear Firewall/VPN Router's Web Management
Interface.
