Note: The measurement value will be saved even when the device is turned off. Only after
you reset it by pressing Reset Measurement button will its value be erased.

Take the power cable and connect it to the power jack
(mini USB type) for charging only
Press and hold for 5 sec to power On/Off Explore 2000.
After power on Explore 2000, press and hold for 1 sec to
enable/disable log mode. Then Explore 2000 would
start/stop logging and the log indicator would
appear/disappear.
After power on Explore 2000, press and hold for 1 sec to
enable/disable LCD backlight.
After power on Explore 2000, press and hold for 1 sec to
switch between two distance unit
After power on Explore 2000, press and hold for 5 sec to
reset measurement value: Odometer, Timer, and
Average Speed
