4 ) H ow To Use Th is Pr odu ct
1. Open t he lid.
Hold t he handle firm ly, t urn it clockwise
t o t he clam ping posit ion and t hen lift it .
( See Figure 1.) . For m ore convenience
t he lid can be t aken off easily from t he
bracket .

2. Take out t he inner pot and place and
wat er in. The am ount of food and wat er
shall not exceed 4/ 5 of t he height of
inner pot . For food t hat will expand in
wat er, t he level should not exceed 3/ 5
of t he inner pot . The m inim um allowable
level would be 1/ 5 of t he inner pot .

I n case of cooking rice, t he m axim um
am ount of rice allowed 12 cups.
Norm ally one cup of rice will need one
cup of wat er for cooking rice.
But t his can be changed according t o
t he t ast e of different individuals.
3. Clean t he inner pot and heat ing plat e
before cooking; be sure t here are no
sundries left inside t he out er pot or on
t he surface of heat ing plat e; t urn t he
inner pot slight ly t o fit it well wit h t he
heat ing plat e ( See Figure 3.)
4. Close t he lid
* Make sure t he seal belt fit t ed ont o t he
Alum inum lid;
* Move t he seal belt t o m ake sure it fit
snugly in place in t he lid;
* Close t he lid and t urn t he handle coun-
t er- clockwise t ill a sound of clam ping is
heard. ( See Figure 4.)

5. Swit ch power on and a sound will be
heard, display shows " 00: 00" in red,
indicat es t hat t his product is ready for
m enu set t ing.
