9.3 Solving problems based on error codes

After operation has stopped. The outdoor fan continues to rotate for another
30 seconds for system protection.
While the air conditioner is not in operation. When the outdoor temperature is
very high, the outdoor fan starts to rotate for system protection.
During cooling operation in Multi system, the indoor unit may change the fan
speed to high, regardless of the user setting, in order to defrost the indoor unit
heat exchanger.
During Indoor unit quiet operation, when both outdoor and indoor ambient
temperature is very high, the indoor unit increases the fan speed to protect the
system.
If the fan setting during thermo off (keep dry function) is changed only by the
ONECTA app, setting will be cancelled by the wireless remote control.
Fault diagnosis by the wireless remote control
If the unit runs into a problem, you can identify the fault by checking the error
code by the wireless remote control. It is important to understand the problem
and take measures before resetting the error code. This should be done by a
licensed installer or your local dealer.

1 Aim the wireless remote control at the unit and press
5 seconds.
