tor or dealer.
Read this instruction sheet in its entirety before beginning the instal-
lation.
All of these parts may scratch and bend, great care should be used
in handling them.
ALL WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS IN THE INSTALLATION AND OP-
ERATION MANUAL PROVIDED WITH THE APPLIANCE APPLY TO THESE
INSTRUCTIONS.
TURN OFF THE APPLIANCE AND ALLOW IT TO COMPLETELY COOL
BEFORE PROCEEDING.

not touch glass, metal frame or screen until cooled.
Never allow children to touch these areas.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Step  Remove the barrier screen from the packaging. The barrier
screen is designed to snap over the outside of the glass door
frame. There are four spring type mounts on the top of the barrier
screen. Take note to which end is the top and which end is the
bottom of the screen. See Figure 1.
Step 2 If a three or four piece surround is installed on the unit, it must be
removed from the unit before proceeding with the barrier screen
installation. For detailed instructions on removal of the surround,
please refer to the Installation and Operation Manual.
Step 3 You must first remove the glass door to install the barrier screen.
To remove the glass door, use an 5/32" allen wrench or T-handle
to remove the three screws on the upper latch assembly (see
Figures 2). Then lift the glass door up and off the lower three
mounting slots. Be careful not to damage or scratch the glass while
handling. Do not operate the insert with the glass removed.
Step 4 Place the barrier screen over the glass door, making sure to
hook the bottom edge first, then snap the top mounts into place.
Ensure the barrier screen is fully seated against the glass door
frame before proceeding to the next step. See Figure 3.
Step 5. Reverse instructions in Step 3 to reinstall glass door.
Step 6. This screen is provided with a warning label in English, located
on the bottom left front corner. If the primary language of the
home is other than English, apply one of the provided (French
or Spanish) alternate language labels over the English language
label. See Figure 4.
