You therefore do not have to set the time manually. You can change
these settings at any time in the main menu under System.

6.7. GMT time zone

Select your time zone here. For Germany and most of Europe, select GMT
+ 1:00.
Use the ▼▲ buttons on the remote control to make a selection. Use the
OK button on the remote control or press the knob on the device to con-
firm.
