the telephone company shall, where practical, notify the customer that temporary
discontinuance of service may be required; however, where prior notices are not practical,

make modifications to maintain uninterrupted service.

the telephone company which line the equipment is connected to, as well as the registration
number and ringer equivalence of the registered protective circuitry. In most, but not all

Except for telephone company provided ringers, all connections to the telephone network
shall be made through standard plugs and standard telephone company provided jacks,

premises—which remains connected to the telephone network—shall occur by reason of
such removal.
