FIRST TIME USE

When using the pizza oven for the first time, remove all packaging material, clean the appliance as
indicated in the "Cleaning and Maintenance" paragraph. Turn on the oven for about 10 minutes, with the
lid closed and with temperature selection at level 3 to heat the stone to about 240 ° C. This will help
remove any manufacturing residues from the heating elements and will help prepare the oven stone for
future use. It will not be necessary to repeat this step in the future for subsequent preparations.
WARNING: Do not season the pizza on the baked stone, never pour oil or water directly on the stone
during cooking.
HOW TO USE
1. Make sure the timer and thermostat knobs are set to 0 and OFF respectively and check inside the
oven to make sure there is nothing inside, make sure there is no dust or other residue on the baked
stone or inside the cooking casing of the appliance.
2. Connect the power cord into the power outlet.
3. Pre-heating: Set the timer for 10 minutes, turn the thermostat to position 3, the operating light
will light up to indicate that the oven is heating up, after 10 minutes the appliance is ready for use.
It is advisable to always preheat the oven for best results.
NOTE: The timer will beep at the end of each cooking cycle.
WARNING: THE TIMER DOES NOT TURN OFF AND DO NOT TURN ON THE OVEN!
It is therefore important to check the appliance after the set time has elapsed.
To turn off the appliance, set the temperature adjustment knob to "0" and disconnect the
appliance from the power outlet.
WARNING: The operating indicator light turns on when the thermostat is rotated.
WARNING: Even if the operating indicator goes off (at lower temperatures, for example: if you
want to only heat some food), this does not mean that the appliance is off but only that it has
reached the set temperature. In fact, if you rise the temperature level by acting on the thermostat,
the indicator light will turn on again.
To turn off the appliance, carry out the above.
4. Always and exclusively lift the lid of the product using the special handles.
WARNING: the product casing may be hot during use.
WARNING: be extremely careful and cautious when lifting the oven lid, as heat escapes; for greater
safety, we recommend the use of gloves or potholders.
5. Place the pizza dough on the steel paddles provided and add the topping.
6. Season evenly and not too abundantly to avoid contact with the upper heating element.
WARNING: Prevent the topping used for the preparation of the pizza (oil, cheese, tomato,
mozzarella, etc.) from falling on the baked stone in order to avoid the production of smoke and
odours.
7. After having pre-heated the oven, place the pizza directly on the baked stone using the steel
paddles provided.
NOTE: Do not worry if small scratches form on the stone or if the stone becomes dark in color. This
means that the stone has warmed up well.
WARNING: The handles anchored to the cooking stone will be extremely hot.
Do not take the stone out until it has cooled completely.
8. Close the oven lid and set the thermostat to level 3 and leave the pizza to cook for 4-5 minutes, or
until desired.
WARNING: Each pizza dough has its own thickness or topping, so some pizza may needs a lower or
higher temperature and different cooking time than others. It is not recommended to open the lid
