Holding the tool
• When drilling a large hole, use the side handle (auxiliary handle) as a support
to keep the tool safely under control.
• Grip the rear handle and the front handle firmly when starting or stopping the
tool, as there is an initial and final reaction.
Switching on/off
• To switch on the tool, press the variable speed switch. The speed of the tool
depends on how far you press the switch, generally, use a low speed for larger
diameter drill bits and a higher speed for smaller diameter drill bits.
• For continuous use, press the lock button and release the variable speed
switch. This function is only available at full speed in both forward and reverse
mode.
• To switch off the tool, release the variable speed switch. To switch the tool off
in continuous mode, press and release the speed switch again.
