Lower the roller bracket before the verticutter is
lowered to the shop floor.
•
Raise the roller bracket after the verticutter is raised
to the operating position.
3. Secure the transport roller bracket to the side plate pin
with the cotter pin.
4. Repeat the procedure on the opposite end of the
verticutter.

Mounting the Verticutter Reel

No Parts Required
Procedure
Verticutter reels are mounted to traction unit the same way
cutting units are. Refer to Traction Unit Operator's Manual for
mounting instructions.
Install the reel motor and grease the side plate until excess
grease oozes out of the relief valve (Figure 12).
