Service intervals

The following pages provide information regarding
maintenance activities, such as lubricating and making
adjustments to components, which should be performed
at specific intervals.
A summary of this information is provided on the Periodic
Maintenance Record form.

Record keeping

A master of the Periodic Maintenance Record form is
provided here; you should use this checklist to:
Remind you to perform machine maintenance at the
specified intervals.
Calculate the cost of machine operation and ownership.
Satisfy the requirements of the contract.
As you complete a maintenance procedure, check off
each item and record the date and time.
Maintenance: General
Ensure you complete service procedures on items at
multiples of the original requirement. For example, at 500
hours, where applicable, you should also service those
items listed under 250 hours, 125 hours, 10 hours, or daily.
