- Page 2 IMPORTANT!! After assembly, please be sure to operate the Deck Dolly on hard surfaces only. Standing the Deck Dolly in the upright position on soft or uneven surfaces may lead to injury and/or damage. Please read through the instructions before beginning assembly.
- Page 3 2 Uprights with end plugs. Lower deck bracket assembly, 1 each side.
- Page 4 3) Preassemble the bottom cross support tube and brackets as shown below while leaving the nuts loose. 4) Preassemble the Upper Deck Brackets as shown below with the included hardware. These may be tightened. The brackets may be used interchangeably on either side depending on your situation and should be assembled with a left and right bracket.
- Page 5 6) Tap warm end caps carefully into Uprights as shown below. Caps can be fragile when cold. See below. 7) Assemble the bottom cross support tube and brackets as shown below hand tight. 8) The Base Plate may be tightened when assembled as shown below.
- Page 6 9) Install the brackets as shown below. Depending on how your deck is set up, you may have to install the brackets on the inside or outside of the uprights. Leave these bolts loose at this time. Assembly Instructions: Starting from the bottom hole of the 5, place a 5/16 x1 ¼ bolt in bottom bracket hole, see pics above.
- Page 7 With the Deck Dolly preassembled, lay the unit over the deck and align the bottom support brackets with the rod in the deck mount so that it hooks in. Depending on how it fits you may have to move the brackets to the other side of the Upright.
- Page 8 Lay the dolly over the deck and allow the bottom hook bracket to engage the rod of the deck’s rear mount. Make sure to engage the safety latch by rotating the latch and use a quick pin to keep it locked by passing the quick pin through the aligned holes in the leg and latch.
