  • Page 2 Please read through the instructions before beginning assembly. Note that we are constantly improving the Deck Dolly so parts included may not be exactly as described in instructions but the basic instructions still apply.
  • Page 3 2 Uprights with end plugs. Lower Bracket Assembly 2 Upright Legs 3) Preassemble the bottom cross support tube and brackets as shown below while leaving the nuts loose.
  • Page 4 4) Preassemble the Upper Deck Support as shown below. 5) Preassemble the Base Plates and Tires as shown below. The regular nut should be on the inside and the serrated nut should be to the outside of the base plate. Take care to tighten the bolt and nuts to allow the tire to spin freely but not be loose on the bolt.
  • Page 5 7) Assemble the pieces as shown below hand tight. 8) The Base Plate may be tightened when assembled as shown below. The Dolly should look as shown below at this point.
  • Page 6 Assemble the brackets as shown below leaving bolts loose at this time. 10) With the Deck Dolly preassembled, lay the unit over the deck and align the bottom bracket 5/8” bolt with the decks factory auto connect mounts. Depending on how it fits you may have to flip the brackets to the other side of the Upright as shown below.
  • Page 7 Be sure to set the width of the dolly to hold the dolly as shown below to hold the deck mount as close to the bracket as possible. 11) Align the Upper Deck Support into the front deck mount leaving about an 1/8” of space between the ½”...
  • Page 8 Beginning from the bottom, tighten all bolts while insuring alignment. 13) Check all bolts for tightness before operating the Deck Dolly. Please take care to watch the lower deck wheels when operating the Dolly for the first time.
