Page 11: Initial Operation
The suction unit is a standing device which must not be operated in a horizontal position. A: External ventilation duct (see accessories at www.renfert.com). C: Remove the back side of the cabinet, the distance from the back side of the cabinet to the wall min. -

Operation Switching On The suction unit is switched on and off via the on / off switch (3). After activation: Stand-by In the stand-by mode the display is dark. Leave stand-by mode: • Press any button. • Switch on any electrical appliance connected to the extractor. Select vacuum channel Start / stop suction turbine and open / close corresponding pinch valve valve: •... - Page 13 Start the self-diagnosis manually. This is performed once. After reaching a set time interval, a request appears to empty the dust drawer. You can select between 5 times. Time interval / hrs Factory setting The switch-on threshold, when a connected electrical device opens the suction channel, can be individu- ally set for each suction channel.

This is detected by the suction system and indicated by “FILt” in the display. Spare Parts in the internet at www.renfert.com/p918. Enter the following item number: EC2: 29370000, TC2: 29360000. The components excluded from the warranty (such as consumables or parts subject to wear and tear) are marked on the spare part list.
