Installation of the attaching clip
The vehicle is equipped for
installation of child seats with upper
anchoring system.
The upper anchoring point is found
behind the rear seats backrest and
may be accessed by lifting the guard E
and removing the padding F.

Positive engagement of the child
restraint attaching clip G is achieved
by depressing the retainer spring
H and then passing through the
opening of the anchor fi tting J as
shown in the illustration.

Child restraint anchorages
are designed to withstand
only those loads imposed by
correctly fi tted child restraints. Under
no circumstances are they to be used
for adult seat belts, harnesses or for
attaching other items or equipment
to the vehicle.
