Description:
The ·Model 6105 is a guarded test fixture for measure
ment of surface and volume resistivities.
is des igned in accordance with A8TM Standard Method of
Test for Electrical Resis tance of Insulating Materia l s ,
D 2 5 7 - 6 6 .
The 6105 can b e used i n conjunc tion with an
elec trometer and voltage supply.
Applications :
Resistivity can be determined by measuring the current
through a sample with a known voltage impressed.
measurement can be made most conven iently when a set
of elec trodes are used which can be cal ibrated in terms
of surface or volume resistivity.
6105 Resistivity Adapter has been des igned for use with
a Keithley elec trometer and an optional high voltage
supply such as the Mode l 2 40A.
