The Station number consists of a Prefix digit string and a suffix called “Add Digit”. A Prefix digit string can be up tosix (6) digits that do not conflict with the system Flexible Numbering Plan used for feature codes.
& UCP & vUCP Feature Description and Operation Manual Issue 2.4 Account Code Description You may allow tracking of specific calls by entering a non-verified variable length (upto 12 digits) identifier for a call. The identifier or “Account Code” is output as part of the StationMessage Detail Recording (SMDR) for the call as discussed in Section 2.80.This is often used to allocate call costs to a specific account or client.

This feature removes the requirement for the agent to answer ACD callsmanually. The Agent receives a brief tone (Zap Tone), if assigned, and thenthe call is connected to the agent.
