LDK-60 Training Guide
Recording Greetings for Auto Attendant (AA)
1.
From the main set press Trans/Pgm and then "06".
2.
Enter system greeting number (001-100).
3.
Follow voice prompts.
4.
Press # to begin recording and press "Hold/Save" when you're done.
Notes:
The CST should inform you what each system greeting number has been assigned for. For example,
the day greeting might be set up as 001 and the night greeting might be set as 002.
It is a good idea to leave a couple seconds of "dead air" at the end of the greetings. This will give the
caller an extra few seconds to make their selection from the AA before the call is routed to the
attendant.

  • Page 15 LDK-60 Training Guide Paging How the user is able to make pages is dependent on how the CST set the system up. For instance, if no external paging equipment is present (Amp, speakers, etc) then external paging will not operate.
