Page 3 Installing the Auxiliary Valve Installing the Directional Valve Cover and Assembly 1. Apply thread-locking adhesive to the 3 bolts (M8) and secure the auxiliary valve to the bracket as shown in 1. Install the 3 clip nuts onto the new cover assembly as Figure 2.
Page 4 7. Torque the valve nut to 142 to 162 N-m (105 to 120 90-degree fitting on the auxiliary valve as shown in ft-lb). Figure 8. 8. Apply thread-locking adhesive to the 2 bolts (5/16 inch) and loosely secure the directional valve assembly to the cover using the 2 bolts, and 2 washers as shown in Figure 6.
