Installing the Auxiliary Valve
1. Apply thread-locking adhesive to the 3 bolts (M8) and
secure the auxiliary valve to the bracket as shown in
Figure 2.

2. Install the 2 fittings (90 degree, 1/2-inch male, 5/8-inch
male) onto the valve as shown in Figure 2.
Note: Ensure that the fitting on the right side is
turned 25 degrees.
3. Remove the bolts, washers, and nuts securing the lower
right side panel to the ROPS (Figure 3).
4. Secure the auxiliary valve assembly to the ROPS using
the bolts, washers, and nuts removed in the previous
step as shown in Figure 3.

Installing the Directional Valve
Cover and Assembly
1. Install the 3 clip nuts onto the new cover assembly as
shown in Figure 4.

2. Apply thread-locking adhesive to the 3 bolts (M6) and
secure the cover to the bulkhead mount as shown in
Figure 4.
3. Install both of the 90-degree fittings (5/8-inch male,
male), the Tee fitting, and the 90-degree fitting
(5/8-inch male, 5/8-inch female) onto the directional
valve as shown in Figure 5.

male, 5/8-inch female)
3. Tee fitting
4. Torque the fittings to 142 to 162 N-m (105 to 120 ft-lb).
5. Install the 30-inch hose onto the lower 90-degree
fitting (5/8-inch male, male) (Figure 5).
6. Loosen the valve nut and rotate the coil on the
directional valve 180 degrees (Figure 5).
