INSTALLATION

WARNING
Before you assemble the machine, read and understand the
safety chapter and the installation instructions.
3.1

UNPACK THE MACHINE

WARNING
Make sure that you correctly assemble the machine before
use.
WARNING
• If parts of the machine are damaged, do not use the
machine.
• If you do not have all the parts, do not operate the
machine.
• If parts are damaged or missing, contact the service
center.
1. Open the package.
2. Read the documentation provided in the box.
3. Remove all the unassembled parts from the box.
4. Remove the machine from the box.
5. Discard the box and packing material in compliance with
local regulations.

INSTALL THE LOWER HANDLE

1. Attach the handle holders (25) to the sides of the machine
2. Put the bolts of the handle knobs (10) through the
holders.
3. Turn the handle knobs clockwise to lock the lower handle
(6).
4. Adjust the lower handle in one of the three positions (14).

INSTALL THE UPPER HANDLE

1. Align the holes in the upper handle (3), the middle handle
(5) and the lower handle (6).
2. Put the bolt (15) through the hole and spacer (16).
3. Tighten the knob (4) onto the bolts.
4. Repeat the same operation on the other side.
3.4

INSTALL THE GRASS CATCHER

1. Open the rear discharge flap (7) and hold it.
2. Hold the grass catcher (11) by its handle and engage the
hooks (17) over the slots (18).
3. Close the rear discharge flap.
3.5

SET THE BLADE HEIGHT

The machine can be set to different working depths.
