Loading instructions
• Observe the separate operating instructions of the charger used and the specifications of the battery manufacturer.
• Only charge rechargeable batteries intended for this purpose; conventional alkaline batteries must not be charged. Risk of explosion.
• Only charge batteries of the same type and capacity. Ensure correct polarity for all electrical connections and when connecting the batteries
to a charger.
• Only charge batteries under supervision, on a flame-retardant surface and keep a sufficient distance from flammable surfaces or objects.
• Occasionally check the temperature of the battery during the charging process.
• If the battery heats up too much (> 50 °C), it may be damaged. In this case, reduce the charging current.
• Batteries that are already charged or not completely discharged must not be connected and charged. Never charge/discharge damaged,
leaking or deformed batteries. There is a risk of fire and or explosion!
• If the model is not used, always disconnect the battery and remove it from the model.
Charge the battery pack(s) only immediately before use. Charge them:
• Never in the model
• Never in your car
• Never unattended
• Only with specially designed chargers
• Only on fireproof surfaces
General safety instructions
• Regularly check all bolts for tightness - impacts and vibrations can cause them to loosen.
• Tires should not have any cracks or damage.
• Check plug connections for proper contact and damage.
Water Resistant
The MODSTER Evolution X is designed so that the motor, controller and servo are splash-proof. It can therefore also be operated in damp
conditions. Splash-proof only means that a device can withstand splashes of water, but must not be immersed in water or exposed to very high
humidity or heavy rain for a long time. Under no circumstances should the vehicle be completely submerged in water.
Driving in wet conditions also requires additional maintenance. The transmitter is not splash-proof. Please protect it from rain and water. After
driving, remove all water as well as dirt from the vehicle and dry the vehicle completely. Ball bearings, metal parts and swing pins must be
lubricatedafter driving in a damp environment.

4. Information about the product

This model is an all-wheel drive RC car with already installed electric motor and a 2.4 GHz receiver unit (controller / receiver unit) and a steering
servo. The RC model is pre-assembled ready to drive and comes with a 4-channel remote control transmitter.
The model is designed for operation on indoor tracks as well as for outdoor operation.
The chassis is lightweight and torsion-resistant. The encapsulation protects the gearbox from dirt and stones.
The drive is via the motor pinion to a gear wheel. From here, a metal cardan shaft engages in the encapsulated differential of the rear axle, thus
effecting all-wheel drive. The differential provides speed compensation between the inside and outside wheels and has bevel gears.
A servo saver also protects the servo in the event of violent impacts against the wheels. With the 2.4 GHz remote control system with 4 channels,
you have a radio control system that is primarily ideal for model cars and model ships. Via the proportional function channels, 2 control
functions can be operated independently of each other.
The 2.4 GHz transmitter and tuned receiver do not operate on a fixed frequency determined by the transmitter and receiver crystals. After each
switch-on, the transmitter and receiver scan the frequency band for an available and free frequency on which the radio link is then established.
Proper use
The product is designed exclusively for private use in the model building sector and with the associated operating times.
This product is not approved for commercial or industrial use or for continuous operation. Improper use may endanger persons or cause
damage to the product and the associated dangers such as loss of control over the model, short circuit, fire, electric shock etc. Observe the
safety instructions in this operating manual. These contain important information on handling the product.
