1. Place sp eaker back in to rear h ou sin g with term in als on sp eaker
orien ted over TP10 an d TP11 on PCB. Be certain th at sp eaker wires
Zip cord ) fold forward toward s cen ter of PCB an d th en back an d are
n ot p in ch ed between back of sp eaker an d PCB.
2. Refer to Figu re 11. Rem ove an d d iscard gasket from fron t h ou sin g.
3. Lu bricate n ew gasket Motorola p art n o. 3285203C01, u sin g gasket
lu brican t Motorola p art n o. 1110027B23.
4. Place n ew gasket in to fron t h ou sin g bein g certain th at gasket is
orien ted as sh own in Figu re 11.
5. Sn ap fron t h ou sin g on to rear h ou sin g.
6. In sp ect en tire recess area arou n d th e h ou sin g to verify th at gasket
is n ot p in ch ed between fron t an d rear h ou sin gs. If gasket is n ot
p in ch ed , reassem bly is com p lete. If gasket is p in ch ed , p roceed to
step 7.
7. p erform p roced u re titled Initial Disassem bly on page 5. Th en rep eat
step s 2 th rou gh 6 above.
