    IV. TERMS OF WARRANTY General Provisions 1.1 M. MALMSTEN AB (the “Manufacturer”) provides the limited warranty (the “Warranty”) to the purchaser of the Equipment. Warranty is only valid in the facility in which the Equipment was originally installed. The Warranty is valid from the time of the final acceptance of the building or from the date of delivery and to the timeline listed below, under the terms and conditions stated below.
