Problem
There is water
leaking from the

Possible Cause
a) Water drain hose is clogged.
Product stopped shortly after
the programme started.
b) Pump filter is clogged.
a) Machine has stopped temporarily
due to low voltage.
a) Draining hose is not
at adequate height.
a) Water is inside the invisible
part of the product.
a) Loading door lock is activated
because of the water level in
the product.
b) Product is heating up the water
or it is at the spinning cycle.
c) Loading door may be stuck because
of the pressure it is subjected to.
d) If there is no power, loading door
of the product will not open.
TROUBLE SHOOTING
Try
a) Clean or flatten the hose.
b) Clean the pump filter.
a) Product will resume running
when the voltage restores to
the normal level.
a) Connect the water draining hose
as described in the user manual.
a) This is not a failure.
a) Drain the water by running
the Pump or Spin programme.
b) Wait until the programme completes.
c) Grab the handle and push
and pull the loading door to
release and open it.
d) To open the loading door, open
the pump filter cap and pull down
the emergency handle positioned
at the rear side of the said cap.
