13. Troubleshooting and support

The following fault tree is intended to solve the most frequent problems.
Is the orange "KNX" LED on permanently?
Brief irregular interruptions are permissible.
Is the green "RUN/DIAG" LED on perma-
nently?
Is the green "RUN/DIAG" LED flashing regu-
larly and slowly at 1 Hz?
Is the device visible in the Windows network
environment?
Is the device displayed on the
Gira Device portal as online?
Check the configuration and status of the user
groups in the Gira Device portal and on the
device website.
