Lift the pendulum shaft to align the V-shaped groove in the pendulum shaft with the locking screws
in the gimbal bearing. Lock the gimbal bearing to the pendulum shaft by fully tightening the eight
screws so that they locate in the groove of the
pendulum shaft.
IMPORTANT!
Carefully lift the whole upper section, raising the
pendulum off of the wooden blocks.

Remove the wooden blocks from beneath the
turntable and carefully lower the upper section
back onto the four cork damping plates.
