Enables printing o f all characters in the IBM character set, including those
assigned to character codes which are norm ally considered control codes.
This com m and remains in effect for the next n l + n2 x 256 characters,
where n l and n2 are numbers betw een 0 and 255. D uring this interval
no control functions are executed. If a code with no assigned character
is received, the printer prints a space.
