2. Turn power “ON” by pressing the power button (A) for two seconds. The display will light up. 3. Sit on the front seat of the EcoSmart Cargo with both feet on the ground on either side of the deck to balance the electric scooter. - Page 12 Changing the Speed Level Speed levels are controlled on the display. The display is activated when the power on the EcoSmart Cargo is in the “ON” position. Practice in an open area free from obstacles until you are familiar with changing speed levels. Riders can toggle speed levels up or down while the EcoSmart Cargo is in motion.
