Description

  1. On/off button
  • Press the button to switch on or off the device.
  • If the device is in standby mode, press one of the button on the top of the device to activate the device.
  • If the device is fully charged, press and hold the button to switch on or off the device.
  1. Bluetooth button
  • Press the button to switch on or off the Bluetooth function.
  1. Play/pause button Hands-free button
  • Press the button to play or pause the track.
  • Press the button to answer or end the call. Press and hold the button to reject the call.
  1. Volume + button Next button
  • Press the button to increase the volume.
  • SD card/Bluetooth mode: Press and hold the button to select the next track.
  1. Volume - button Previous button
  • Press the button to decrease the volume.
  • SD card/Bluetooth mode: Press and hold the button to select the previous track.
  1. Reset button
  • To reset the device, use a small needle or a paper clip to press and hold the reset button for 3 seconds.
  1. USB port (Micro USB)
  • To charge the device, connect the USB cable to the USB port of the device and to an USB adapter or computer. The red charging indicator comes on. The device starts charging.
  • When the charging process is completed, the red charging indicator goes off.
  1. Memory card slot (SD) (SPBT2002xx only)
  • Insert the SD card (max. 32GB) with MP3 music files. The device automatically starts to play the MP3 music files.
  1. USB port (SPBT2003xx only)
  1. AUX input
  • Connect an AUX cable to the AUX input of the device and the audio device. The red indicator comes on.
  1. Charging status indicator (SPBT2003xx only)
  • The charging indicator shows the charging status of the battery.

Pairing

Pairing the speaker

  • Switch on the device.
  • Activate Bluetooth on your Bluetooth device.
  • Search for new devices on the Bluetooth device.
  • Select the device: "SPBT2002" / "SPBT2003". If a password is required, enter "0000".
  • The Bluetooth device will confirm when the pairing is completed.

Pairing the speaker with TWS function
The True Wireless Stereo (TWS) function only works when you have two speakers.

  • Switch on both speakers.
  • Take one of the speakers to be the master speaker.
  • Double-press the Bluetooth button. The master speaker makes a sound to indicate that the two-speaker pairing has been initiated.
  • Wait approximately 5 seconds for the sound to pair.
  • After the sound has been paired, the master speaker makes a sound. The LED indicator on the master speaker starts flashing slowly, while the LED indicator on the other speaker will illuminate white.
  • Activate Bluetooth on your Bluetooth device.
  • Search for new devices on the Bluetooth device.
  • Select the device: "SPBT2002" / "SPBT2003". If a password is required, enter "0000".
  • When the speakers are connected, the master speaker makes a sound.
  • To unpair two paired speakers, press and hold the Bluetooth button on one of the speakers.

  • Do not use the device near bathtubs, showers, basins or other vessels containing water.
  • Do not use a timer or a separate remote-control system that switches on the device automatically.
  • Do not cover the device.
  • Place the device on a stable, flat surface.
  • Keep the device away from flammable objects.

Electrical safety

  • To reduce risk of electric shock, this product should only be opened by an authorized technician when service is required.
  • Disconnect the product from the mains and other equipment if a problem should occur.
  • Do not use the device if the mains cable or mains plug is damaged or defective. If the mains cable or mains plug is damaged or defective, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or an authorised repair agent.
  • Before use, always check that the mains voltage is the same as the voltage on the rating plate of the device.
  • Do not move the device by pulling the mains cable. Make sure that the mains cable cannot become entangled.
  • Do not immerse the device, the mains cable or the mains plug in water or other liquids.
  • Do not leave the device unattended while the mains plug is connected to the mains supply.
  • Do not use an extension cable.

Cleaning and maintenance

  • Before cleaning or maintenance, always switch off the device, remove the mains plug from the wall socket and wait until the device has cooled down.
  • Do not use cleaning solvents or abrasives.
  • Do not clean the inside of the device.
  • Do not attempt to repair the device. If the device does not operate correctly, replace it with a new device.
  • Do not immerse the device in water or other liquids. Clean the outside of the device using a soft, damp cloth. Thoroughly dry the device with a clean, dry cloth.
  • Clean the ventilation openings using a soft brush.
