Maintenance
The condenser coils at the back of the cooling unit
will collect dust, dirt and lint over time. It is critically
important to clean the coils periodically. If the
condenser coils become clogged, the cooling unit
will not have proper airflow and its performance
and longevity will be compromised.
No Filter
To clean the coils, simply vacuum or brush the coils
until all dust and lint have been removed. Do not use compressed air to clean the coils
because it may force dirt particles into the cooling system and cause serious damage
to its internal components.
CellarPro Filters
CellarPro filters
(CellarPro Filter + Frame Kit 1800/2000
#1368) are compatible with
the airflow requirements of CellarPro equipment, and are designed to capture more
dust and particles than other synthetic filters. The synthetic fibers are bonded with a
fire retardent resin, and meet UL Class 2 flame retardance requirements (maximum
temperature is 220 degrees).
We recommend replacing the fiberglass membrane
(CellarPro 1800/2000
Replacement Air Filters 2 Pack
#1365) every 6 months. These filters are single-use
and cannot be cleaned – ie they should be replaced after use.
Never use third-party or pleated filters with CellarPro equipment.
