- Page 18 XV. System Upgrade The first time to upgrade the firmware on your PC, put the enclosed CD into the CD-ROM, and then connects the player with the PC. (Press and hold “<” button before connect the player with PC until the following installation interface appears.) 2.

NOTE: firmware upgrading is to improve the performance of the player; it will not influence the normal working of the player if you do not upgrade the firmware.
