Error Messages

■ When the buzzer sounds and "U" and "number" appear alternately, please check the
following items.
Unable to drain
Door open
Unable to spin
Unable to fill water
No dryer filter installed
■ When "H" and "number" appear alternately, please check the following items.
Needs to be
checked

● Please check the drain pipe and the drain port.
• Is it facing upwards?
• Is there any clogging of the drain pipe
and the drain?
• Isitfrozen?
→Theoperationwillrestartbyopeningandclosingthedoor.(※1)
● If the error message still appears after checking the items above, please
contact the "Panasonic" service station.
● Please close the door and make sure that the door lock is firmly locked.
● Is there too much or too little clothing?
• Lotsoflargeitems(terryclothsheets,judouniforms,etc.)→reducethenumber
of large items
• Lotsofclothes→Unentanglethem
• Fewclothes→Wash1or2morebathtowels
→Theoperationwillrestartbyopeningandclosingthedoor.(※1)
● Is the body damaged due to old age or is it set on a sloping ground?
● Please check the drain pipe and the drain port. (please refer to the content of
"U11")
● Please check the water supply path.
• Did you turn on the faucet?
• Is the water supply filter clogged
with debris? (P.54)

● Is the dryer filter installed correctly? (P.40)
→ P leaseinstallitproperlyaftercleaningandmaintenance.Restartoperation
after installation.
● The machine needs to be check when "H" and "number" are displayed.
Please confirm the content displayed (the 2 digits after "H"), unplug the
power plug, and contact the "Panasonic" service station for handling.
• Is it broken?
• Is the end soaked in water?
• Clean the drain filter if blocked. (P.41)
• Are the tap water and water
supplypipesfrozen?
• Is the water supply stopped?
