HOW TO FORMAT YOUR MP-FOL8?

1/ FROM YOUR COMPUTER

2/ FROM YOUR PLAYER DIRECTLY

WARNING : Please note that formatting will irrecoverably remove all contents of the
player!
1/ FROM YOUR COMPUTER
Select the removable disk, and then click right mouse button to select Format (FAT) from the
pop up window.
Click start and your MP-FOL8 will be automatically formatted
2/ FROM YOUR PLAYER
This player is compatible with two types of formatting:
- Format (same as format from the computer)
- Low Format (removes all data stored in the player such as font and logo)
With low format, all settings will be initialised to the factory default values so that you need
to newly define a font and logo.
a/ Lengthily press MENU button
b/ Select DELETE menu
c/ Press FORMAT for the general formatting while LOW FORMAT for the low formatting
We recommend that you don not use the LOW FORMAT other than special occasion!
